Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their team in Frontera, Tamaulipas, Mexico. MSF is an international medical-humanitarian organization that provides assistance to populations in precarious situations and victims of natural or human-made disasters and armed conflicts, without discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, or political ideology.

The Social Worker will play a crucial role in providing social support to patients/survivors and connecting them with relevant support services and communities.

Role involves:

• Conducting social assessments to identify patients'/survivors' needs.
• Providing direct social support based on assessments.
• Coordinating with the MSF multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining records and statistics of social work activities.
• Participating in the creation and maintenance of necessary materials.

Requirements:

• Social Worker Degree.
• Minimum of two years of similar social work experience.
• Experience with MSF or another non-governmental organization preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Desirable: English.
