Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Supervisor for their store in Almere. The Supervisor will be co-responsible for the store's operations, achieving optimal sales results, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing store presentation guidelines.

What this role involves:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on the sales floor.
• Achieving sales targets and adhering to guidelines.
• Coaching and motivating the team to enhance customer service.
• Implementing and maintaining effective store displays.
• Training and supporting team development.

Requirements:

• Available for 38 hours per week.
• Passionate about sneakers and fashion.
• Extroverted, confident, and a team player.
• Driven to achieve targets and perform under pressure.
• Experience in retail is preferred; management experience is a plus.
• Ambitious and eager for career growth.
