Job Description
Salary Finance is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their customer operations team in Mumbai. The Customer Service Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory communications are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional support. The individual will collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and the London customer operations team to enhance customer service processes.Salary Finance is one of the UK’s fastest growing free employee benefits.   • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer queries related to loan applications, payments, and account updates.
  • Explain company policies, financial products, and service terms.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and service-level agreements.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
  • Promote customer retention by delivering exceptional service.
  • Share best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate in training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer or client facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Upbeat approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about technology and social impact.
  • Resilient, empathetic, collaborative, and self-motivated.
