Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join their team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for executing key payment operations, ensuring process control, and maintaining effective communication with relevant teams. The Payment Operations Specialist will enhance backend operations, contribute to process improvements, and ensure business continuity through meticulous process management.Salary Finance, one of Blenheim Chalcot's FinTech ventures, is rapidly scaling, and this role offers an opportunity to support their growth.Responsibilities:

• Completing key payment operations and control checks.
• Communicating process discrepancies to the payment team.
• Mapping out and maintaining payment operations processes.
• Communicating platform or process problems to ensure business continuity.
• Improving back-end operations and working with different teams to reach improvement objectives.
• Contributing to the success of the payment team.
• Pulling together repayment and process data required by the Operations team.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication skills (in English).
• Proficiency in G-Sheet and Excel.
• Ability to manage end-to-end operational processes.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Confidence in manipulating data sets.
• Ability to handle a fast-moving environment and interact with a wide range of people.
• Great problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Flexibility to work late hours to align with UK working hours.
• 5 days’ work from office
