Team Lead, Client Managment at VISASQ/COLEMAN

VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking a Team Lead to join their Client Management team in Hong Kong. The Team Lead will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for the success and revenue growth of their book of business. This role involves interacting with a global client base and managing a team of Client Associates.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute commercial plans for the assigned book of business
• Develop deep knowledge of client's business strategy
• Solicit new projects and cross-sell product suite
• Create client maps to identify sales opportunities
• Determine areas of growth and opportunity
• Recruit, manage, and motivate Client Associates
• Develop Client Associates' skills in project management
• Manage team performance metrics
• Develop senior team members for future leadership roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years account management experience required
• Experience in expert networking, primary research, or financial services required
• Prior experience in Private Equity/Consulting/or Buy Side Asset Management preferred
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong communication skills
• Financial markets expertise
• Proficiency in account management tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft PowerBI
