Job Description

The Director of Client Services role at Virtasant is for a passionate storyteller with a strong understanding of business technology and software.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and driving the expansion of existing client accounts. They will also focus on the successful delivery of ongoing projects, sharing in the profits with no cap.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Learn and understand a client’s business goals, priorities, and challenges.
  • Own and be accountable for the delivery of services and outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans.
  • Drive revenue growth and expansion of existing client accounts.
  • Enable, mentor, and coach account teams to achieve client success.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native English speaker and writer.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a consulting or client services lead role.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and leading teams of 10+ people.
  • Proven experience in developing customer-stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in solution management, planning, and growing of accounts.
  • Demonstrated professional and executive presence.
  • Well-rounded understanding of the business technology landscape.
  • Creativity and experience in developing and shaping solutions and deals.
  • Demonstrated success growing a portfolio.
  • Experience leading or supporting revenue generation activities.
