Job Description
Virtasant is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to manage complex software engineering projects for their clients in the Bay Area. The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, acting as the primary point of accountability and working with global teams of Virtasant professionals. This role involves actively seeking opportunities to expand business within client accounts and establishing clear communication and reporting mechanisms.
- Managing the full scope of initiatives.
- Managing project schedules and identifying risks.
- Managing global teams of Virtasant professionals.
- Driving improvement in clients' technology and processes.
Requirements for this role include:
- 5+ years of experience managing complex software engineering projects.
- An engineering background.
- A track record of success managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills.
