CFO at United Media

Job Description

United Media is seeking a CFO to join their entrepreneurial team in Copenhagen. The CFO will play a key role in building one of the portfolio companies, taking ownership of finances, and contributing to strategic decisions. United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial and operational performance.
• Assume responsibility for day-to-day finance operations such as cash flow, payments, payroll, and P&L.
• Secure compliance with relevant standards and rules within tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
• Support and report to management on strategic decisions (budgets, management accounts ,etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• +8 years of work experience with outstanding performance within finance, auditing, or assurance.
• EU work permit.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented and systematic.
