Job Description

United Media is seeking a Controller to join their team in London. The company focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in various sectors. The Controller will play a key role in one of United Media's portfolio companies, with ownership of finances and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing annual budgets.
• Providing weekly cash flow updates.
• Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates.
• Evaluating and implementing cost optimisation programs.
• Reviewing intercompany and external loans.
• Support sales and operations.
• Lead Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An accounting background.
• Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
• A UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.
