Job Description

United Media is seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance Executive to join their entrepreneurial team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in building one of the company's portfolio companies, taking ownership of finances and contributing to the growth of the business.

The Finance Executive will be based at United Media's headquarters in London. The role operates on an onsite basis, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Posting daily accounting transactions into Zero.
• Assisting with budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences.
• Contributing to the production of monthly finance reports.
• Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects.
• Assisting with implementing new finance processes.

Requirements:

• Finance bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus)
• 2+ years experience in finance
• UK work permit
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly process oriented and systematic
