Finance Manager at United Media

United Media is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences.This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in building one of United Media's portfolio companies. The Finance Manager will have ownership of the finances and work closely with the CEO on budgets, investor reporting, and board meetings.Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial and operational performance.
• Assume responsibility for day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow, payments, payroll, and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and rules within tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
• Support and report to management on strategic decisions (budgets, management accounts, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
• +8 years of work experience with outstanding performance within finance, auditing, or assurance.
• EU work permit.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented and systematic.
