United Media is seeking a Finance Manager to join their entrepreneurial team in London. The role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in building one of their portfolio companies, with ownership of finances and constant growth opportunities.

• Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Providing weekly updates on cash flow.
• Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
• Evaluating and implementing cost optimisation programs.
• Reviewing intercompany and external loans.
• Support to sales and operations teams.
• Lead the Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.

• Accounting background.
• Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of finance or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
• UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.

• Operational experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Work closely with one of the CEO’s on finances and budgets.
