Head of Finance at United Media

Job Description

United Media is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team in London. The role offers a unique opportunity to be a key player in building one of their portfolio companies, with ownership of the finances and close collaboration with the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing annual budgets.
• Providing weekly cash flow updates.
• Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates.
• Evaluating and implementing cost optimisation programs.
• Reviewing intercompany and external loans.
• Supporting sales and operations teams.
• Leading Working Capital responsibilities.
• Managing Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An accounting background.
• Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of finance or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
• UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.
