Job Description

United Media is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence to lead, grow, and manage all aspects of the company. This role involves building and leading a team, executing the brand's conference and strategy, and ensuring its overall success. The Entrepreneur In Residence will be based in United Media's London HQ.

Role Involves:

• Recruiting, building, and developing a high-performing team.
• Building an ecosystem and delivering outstanding products.
• Setting clear expectations, establishing goals, and providing ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations.
• Executing the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Developing the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking.
• Overseeing planning, execution, and completion of conferences within the designated timelines and budget constraints.
• Assigning tasks to team members in each department, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.

Requirements:

• +4 years’ experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic e.g. management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering results.
• UK, EU or US work permit
