Job Description

United Media is seeking an MBA Graduate to manage all aspects of the company. The role is based in London and offers the opportunity to lead and develop a fast-growing business.

The MBA Graduate will be responsible for building and leading a team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand.

Role involves:

• Recruiting, building, and developing a high-performing team.
• Building an ecosystem and delivering outstanding products.
• Setting clear expectations, establishing goals, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Executing the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Developing the company’s brand.
• Overseeing planning, execution, and completion of conferences.
• Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring progress.
• Identifying opportunities to expand business and collaborate with business development teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering results.
• UK, EU or US work permit.
