This individual will be the main driver for the company's growth and success, managing all aspects of United Media. The role involves building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conference strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a forward-thinking mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company’s brand.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities to expand business and collaborate with business development teams.

Requirements:

• +4 years’ experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering results.
• UK, EU or US work permit
