United Media is seeking a Management Associate to lead and grow their business. The Management Associate will be responsible for building and managing all aspects of the company, ensuring successful execution of strategies.Responsibilities:

• Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to expand business.

Requirements:

• +4 years’ experience from a high-speed institution.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• UK, EU or US work permit.
