JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer, is seeking a Floor Manager for their store in Bruxelles. This role involves providing visual support to the store, engaging customers through creative product placement, and utilizing the latest fashion trends. The Floor Manager will create attractive displays and maximize store profitability through appealing visual concepts.Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints effectively.
• Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded by monitoring staff service levels.
• Utilizing in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Employing visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of stock.
• Assisting with the training and development of new and existing staff.

Requirements for this position include:

• Experience in retail management is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
• Flexibility to work between 5:30 AM and 9:00 PM, including Sundays and holidays.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
