Job Description
Club Monaco, an international men’s and women’s lifestyle brand, seeks an Assistant Manager for its Georgetown location. Recently acquired by Regent, LP, Club Monaco offers a distinctly urban casual point of view. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager and Associate Managers in daily operations, sales, training, and store management.
Role Involves:
- Motivating staff to achieve business goals.
- Monitoring sales floor to drive sales.
- Ensuring dress code compliance.
- Communicating top and bottom sellers to the Store Manager.
- Achieving personal sales targets and leading in client capture.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supporting loss prevention efforts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift approximately 20lbs.
