Job Description

Club Monaco, an international men’s and women’s lifestyle brand, seeks an Assistant Manager for its Georgetown location. Recently acquired by Regent, LP, Club Monaco offers a distinctly urban casual point of view. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager and Associate Managers in daily operations, sales, training, and store management.

Role Involves:

  • Motivating staff to achieve business goals.
  • Monitoring sales floor to drive sales.
  • Ensuring dress code compliance.
  • Communicating top and bottom sellers to the Store Manager.
  • Achieving personal sales targets and leading in client capture.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting loss prevention efforts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift approximately 20lbs.
