Job Description

Club Monaco is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Natick Mall location. Recently acquired by Regent, LP, Club Monaco is an international men’s and women’s lifestyle brand known for its urban casual aesthetic. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in the daily operations, sales, and training of store staff. They will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the store's financial success.

Role involves:

  • Motivating staff to achieve business goals.
  • Monitoring sales floor and zone coverage.
  • Ensuring dress code compliance.
  • Achieving personal sales targets.
  • Leading in client capture results.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Following loss prevention policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work demands.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work varied hours and days.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20lbs, and move stock.
