Club Monaco is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Selling Manager to join their team in New York. The Associate Selling Manager will contribute to the company's financial growth by ensuring customer service exceeds expectations, maintaining operational integrity, and developing human resources. This role involves supporting the goals of the company and the individual store, with potential specialization in merchandising, inventory, or project-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Clienteling and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with operational duties, including opening and closing the store.
  • Contributing to financial success through effective planning and execution.
  • Supporting human resources by recruiting, training, and motivating team members.
  • Managing inventory and marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring visual presentation and store maintenance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
