Job Description
Club Monaco is seeking a Keyholder to contribute to the financial growth of the company. This role involves supporting the company's goals and the individual store. The Keyholder will deliver excellent customer service, operational efficiency, loss prevention, and contribute to people development.

Responsibilities:
  • Protect the customer experience
  • Help achieve clienteling and data capture goals
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming environment
  • Maximize personal sales opportunities
  • Assist in conflict resolution with client issues
  • Support management team with training new associates
  • Supervise sales floor in the absence of a store manager
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist with inventory preparations
  • Participate in merchandising activities

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent time management and project skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions
  • Goal oriented with focus on results
  • Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity
