Club Monaco is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its Natick Mall location. The Keyholder will support the store's financial growth by delivering excellent customer service, adhering to operational procedures, and contributing to employee development. This person will assist the management team in various functions, including merchandising, inventory, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Protecting the customer experience.
- Helping to achieve clienteling and data capture goals.
- Supervising sales floor.
- Training new associates.
- Opening/closing procedures.
- Assisting with inventory preparations.
- Participating in merchandising activities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
