Job Description

Club Monaco, an international lifestyle brand recently acquired by Regent, LP, is seeking a Sales Associate/Stylist for their New York location. This individual will be responsible for maximizing personal sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Maximizing personal sales and meeting sales goals.
• Providing a welcoming and friendly store environment.
• Demonstrating product versatility and styling options.
• Communicating customer feedback to management.
• Processing transactions using Point of Sale knowledge.
• Managing multiple customers in fitting rooms.
• Following up with customers and maintaining a client book.
• Maintaining visual presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assisting with store flips and merchandising activities.
• Supporting asset protection measures.
