Job Description

Club Monaco, an international men’s and women’s lifestyle brand, seeks a Sales Associate/Stylist for its Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. Recently acquired by Regent, LP, Club Monaco is known for its urban casual aesthetic and focus on providing customers with essential fashion pieces.

In this role, the Sales Associate/Stylist is responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals by maximizing personal sales and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will contribute to overall store operations and uphold brand standards.

The responsibilities involve:

• Maximizing personal sales
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
• Demonstrating how new products can complement existing stock
• Communicating product and customer feedback to management
• Processing transactions using Point of Sale knowledge
• Managing multiple customers in fitting rooms while adhering to policies
• Following up with customers using thank you cards and maintaining a client book
• Maintaining visual presentation and overall store maintenance
• Executing brand integrity and visual standards
• Participating in store flips and merchandising activities
• Maintaining a professional appearance
• Supporting asset protection efforts
