Job Description

Club Monaco, an international men’s and women’s lifestyle brand recently acquired by Regent, LP, is seeking a Sales Associate/Stylist for their Prudential Center location in Boston, MA. This role focuses on maximizing personal sales and providing excellent customer service to meet the store's sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize personal sales opportunities.
• Provide a welcoming environment and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate how new products complement existing stock.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to management.
• Process transactions using Point of Sale knowledge.
• Manage multiple fitting room customers while adhering to policies.
• Utilize thank you cards, business cards, and client books for follow-up.
• Maintain visual presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assist in brand integrity and visual standard execution.
• Participate in store resets.
• Perform cleaning, folding, sizing, steaming, and replenishing tasks.
• Engage in merchandising activities, including stock maintenance, receiving, and floor changes.
• Adhere to the dress code and image guidelines.
• Support asset protection through compliance with company policies.
