The Brand Agency, part of the Ogilvy Network and WPP, is seeking an experienced Strategist for an 8-month parental leave contract in their Melbourne office. The Strategist will be a key resource for some of Australia’s most loved brands, working closely with the Head of Strategy within the AUNZ strategy team.

The role requires someone who is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and naturally curious, with a passion for uncovering insights and thought-provoking ideas.

The Role Involves:

  • Working closely with the Head of Strategy.
  • Performing an integral role in our AUNZ strategy team.
  • Source, gather, and analyse customer information.
  • Link client objectives and customer needs across industries, products and audiences.

Requirements:

  • Skills and experience in marketing and campaign strategy.
  • Creative brief development and supporting creative ideation.
  • Brand strategy and development.
  • Retail marketing or category experience.
  • Qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Content and messaging strategy.
  • Digital and channel strategy.
  • Customer experience strategy.
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation.
  • Right to live and work in Australia.
