The Brand Agency, part of the Ogilvy Network and WPP, is seeking an experienced Strategist to join their Melbourne team on a 12-month parental leave contract. The strategist will be a go-to resource for some of Australia’s most loved brands. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and naturally curious, with a desire for continuous learning.

The Strategist will work closely with the Head of Strategy and play an integral role in the AUNZ strategy team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing and campaign strategy
  • Creative brief development and supporting creative ideation
  • Brand strategy and development
  • Retail marketing or category experience
  • Qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Content and messaging strategy
  • Digital and channel strategy
  • Customer experience strategy
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation
  • Source, gather, and analyse customer information
  • Link client objectives and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing and campaign strategy, creative brief development, brand strategy, retail marketing, insights, content strategy, digital strategy, customer experience strategy, and workshop facilitation.
  • Right to live and work in Australia
