Associate Legal Counsel - APAC at Moloco

Moloco is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support its APAC operations. The role is based in Seoul and reports to the Head of APAC Legal. The Legal Counsel will provide legal advice and support to Moloco's operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and support on legal matters in Asia-Pacific.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with local laws.
• Develop and implement Moloco policies and procedures.
• Manage legal disputes or litigation.
• Provide legal training to internal stakeholders.
• Assist on day-to-day legal administrative and contract management responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Law degree and a valid license to practice law in the U.S., Korea, China, Japan or Singapore.
• 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel for a technology company.
• Extensive experience with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regional-specific laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Fluency in English.
