Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics, to join their Data Science and Analytics team. This role involves providing data products and growth insights to help customers improve campaign performance and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Validation: Verify data from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and partner with sales teams on client analysis.
  • Business Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Moloco's products and services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of experience, Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R).
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in marketing science, preferably in ad-tech.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
