Job Description
Moloco, a machine learning company, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer, Tech Lead to join their team in Seoul. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions for internal and external end users. This role offers the opportunity to lead team members and projects, helping to scale Moloco's products, including Moloco Ads, Moloco Commerce Media, and Moloco Streaming Monetization.Moloco is looking for someone with:
  • Leading design, development, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions
  • Leading team members and projects
  • Scaling Moloco's products
Requirements for this role include:
  • Minimum 15+ years of software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree (Master's highly preferred)
  • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience mentoring and leading Senior, Mid, and Junior Engineers
  • System Design and development skills
  • Mastery of multiple skills involved in developing large-scale systems
  • Experience delivering projects with material impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English
