Job Description
Moloco is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to join their Streaming Monetization (MSM) team in Bengaluru. This role involves driving innovation and shaping the future of mobile advertising by building a ML-driven monetization platform for streaming media and OTT companies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive engineering projects for architecting, designing, developing, and operating an end-to-end service platform.
  • Build, grow, and lead a full stack engineering team responsible for developing enterprise platform products, features, and APIs.
  • Own the communication, coordination, and facilitation of cross-functional MSM engineering projects.
  • Help engineering leadership build roadmaps and action plans for the MSM service.
  • Identify risks in executing projects and develop mitigation plans & strategies.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience using modern languages such as Java, C#, Go, or C++.
  • 8+ years of software development experience on backend/infrastructure systems.
  • Strong system design and development skills.
  • Mastery of skills involved in developing large-scale systems, including integration testing, deployment, monitoring, and database schema design.
  • Experience delivering projects with material impact, leading teams of 5+ engineers, and collaborating across teams.
