Moloco is seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Manager to build strategic partnerships with marketplace and retailer platforms. This role involves managing customer relationships with key stakeholders and providing advisory services to enable clients to launch their own performance ad business using Moloco’s Commerce Media. The Senior Strategic Growth Manager will also suggest optimized go-to-market strategies and project planning for new business from the initial stage to accelerate ad business growth. This team will work with clients’ executives, ad business/tech teams and Moloco’s cross functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with a deep understanding of verticals.
  • Understand enterprise customers’ goals and needs and devise optimized approaches.
  • Guide and educate business counterparts on performance ads values and operations.
  • Capture product innovation opportunities from customers and advertisers’ voice.
  • Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals.
  • Enable internal and customer decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage.
  • Lead multiple client meetings, trainings, and regular business reviews with executives.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in retail media/mobile/internet industry, business consulting, new business development, ad tech, e-commerce marketplace, or retailer.
  • Outstanding communication skills with clients to build trustworthy relationships.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical, and out-of-the-box thinking to achieve goals.
  • Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with data and numbers; understanding of ML and technology is a plus.
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and success.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing global company.
  • Fluency in English and Korean; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
