Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Global Product Activation Lead to join its Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in connecting the market to Moloco's products and vice-versa, aligning the execution of the product development lifecycle with market needs and Moloco's readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Scope and execute initiatives to drive commercial outcomes in-market.
  • Guide new product rollouts (Alpha/Beta/GA) in collaboration with Product Management (PM).
  • Collect customer needs from the market and formulate problem statements.
  • Aggregate, clarify, and size regional feedback.
  • Showcase product progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to build Moloco’s point of view on industry trends.
  • Create global templates for new product launches.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in sales activation, sales operations, or sales leadership.
  • 4+ years in the Mobile Advertising Industry.
  • Keen understanding of AdTech sales motions.
  • Proven track record of driving top-line growth.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with and teaching customers.
