Job Description

Moloco, a machine learning company, is seeking a Growth Manager to join their team in China. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving ad spend and revenue for Moloco's clients' mobile campaigns. This individual will serve as a strategic partner, developing and delivering products and systems to enhance business performance.

Moloco has headquarters in Silicon Valley, with offices in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, London, Berlin, Seoul, Singapore, Beijing, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Tel Aviv and Tokyo.

Role Involves:

  • Meeting with clients to discuss performance and provide solutions.
  • Analyzing campaign data to identify and drive account growth.
  • Upselling DSP product offerings.
  • Helping build and iterate on new products and client solutions.
  • Understanding the mobile ecosystem and offering actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs, and ad tech.
  • Proficient in Excel, Office, and G Suite Products.
  • Analytical skills to decipher campaigns and improve approaches.
  • Fluency in English.
