Moloco is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tokyo, Japan. This role is responsible for taking ownership of pipeline generation for Moloco's Sales team. The Sales Development Representative will focus on both inbound and outbound leads, strategically selecting target accounts and companies, and driving the outbound strategy to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Role Involves:
- Qualifying inbound leads and engaging outbound prospects
- Building and nurturing a high-quality lead database
- Developing an understanding of companies, markets, and industry trends
- Crafting persuasive outreach messages and strategies
- Collaborating with sales directors, senior leaders, and marketing teams
- Enhancing lead targeting strategies
- Utilizing Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo for lead sourcing and monitoring
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a sales function
- Proactive and go-getter mentality
- Proven self-starter with self-management skills
- Strong skills in cold calling, pre-call planning, and time management
- Skilled in crafting impactful emails and communicating effectively
- Enthusiastic about working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales team environment
- Desire to work in a performance oriented environment
- Native Japanese and Fluency in English
- Flexibility to travel to client/industry events as required
- Prior experience in ad-tech or advertising industry or outreach sales is a plus
- Experience with sales training and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
