Job Description
Moloco, a machine learning company, is seeking a Growth Account Manager to join their team in Beijing. This role involves taking command of client strategies and growing their mobile businesses. The Growth Manager will work with a dynamic startup based in Silicon Valley, made up of industry leaders who are experienced, data-driven, motivated, and humble.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehend advertiser's marketing needs and translate how Moloco’s programmatic solution will drive KPIs and goals.
- Identify and pitch incremental opportunities aligned to client’s growth objectives.
- Serve as the client's go-to programmatic expert.
- Collaborate with Clients, Sales, other Growth Managers, Data Science, and cross-functional teams.
- Help build and iterate on new products and client solutions.
- Understand the mobile ecosystem and offer actionable insights to clients.
- Lead multiple partnerships, client meetings, and business reviews.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Translate complex data analysis into simple language.
- Create a clear data-driven strategy for each client.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of performance advertising experience.
- Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech.
- Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a growing company.
- Critical thinking and passion for online advertising.
