Community Engagement Manager (x/f/m) at Siilo

Doctolib is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to lead and nurture a growing community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands. The Community Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in developing innovative community programs, managing existing networks, and building new ones from the ground up, thereby increasing user engagement.

The role involves:

• Developing, onboarding, and managing a community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands.
• Building new engagement programs and cultivating a network of brand ambassadors.
• Participating in discussions around care cooperation and digital innovation at industry conferences, events, and forums.
• Coordinating initiatives with internal teams, to improve experience and drive user satisfaction.
• Engaging with healthcare professionals to gain insights into their workflows and identify their needs and pain points.

Doctolib requires the candidate to have:

• A Medical Degree, a degree in Health Management / Health Economics or similar fields.
• A passion for healthcare and an interest in health policy contexts.
• Extroverted personality with public speaking skills.
• Hands-on mentality and team-oriented approach.
• Experience in Community Management and in developing community, brand ambassador, and loyalty programs (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and business-fluent English skills.
