Senior Product Manager at SciLeads

SciLeads is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy for their platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features, analyze data, and mentor team members. They will be responsible for defining the product vision, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Leading the product strategy and roadmap
• Defining the product vision and user stories
• Working closely with the development team
• Analyzing complex data
• Conducting market research and gathering customer feedback
• Serving as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
• Collaborating with the UX/UI design team
• Mentoring and guiding team members

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise working with data products, SaaS applications, and technology platforms
• Proven track record of success in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
