Job Description
Altera, part of the N. Harris Computer Corporation, is seeking an Associate Technical Support Consultant. The consultant will interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues. This role requires a strong understanding of system configurations, product functionality, and the ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems via phone or internet.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems.
- Diagnose customer issues related to system configurations and product functionality.
- Track and document inbound support requests.
- Stay updated on product technology, design changes, and new offerings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a support setting.
- Strong collaboration, written, and communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Application and Windows Server support experience.
