Systems Engineer(C#.net, Java)

Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support caregivers around the world. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for deploying client-facing applications, providing technical support, and interacting with clients to understand their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of application deployment processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy client-facing applications across various environments.
• Provide technical support for client-facing applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work from Office
• Must be willing to work in shifts
