Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver health IT solutions. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting Windows and network issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The role requires working in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, and may involve up to 10% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Windows and Windows based applications
- Monitor, support and troubleshoot network and server issues
- User provisioning and support for ITSM (ServiceNow) and ACD (PureCloud) solutions
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting Windows and Windows based applications
- Strong understanding of network and server issues, Windows Server, and Cisco Networking
- Entry level understanding of Citrix VDI, Morpheus and VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ACD (PureCloud) solutions
