• Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for successful implementation.
• Design solutions aligned with best practices and business priorities.
• Develop and document technical architecture.
• Design and document system integrations.
• Create architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Review control systems and take actions to mitigate issues.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PMO for resource allocation.
• Oversee architecture and technical delivery.
• Mentor other SREs.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5 – 7 years of expert-level experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with healthcare products is preferred.
