Altera Health is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to provide software application support to hospital IT staff via remote administration technologies. The consultant will interact with international customers, troubleshoot complex software problems, and document requests while meeting SLAs.
- Provide software application support to hospital IT staff.
- Interact with International customers.
- Track and document inbound requests.
- Educate clients on application functionality.
Successful candidates should possess:
- Strong analytical, research, and trouble-shooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Exposure to interaction with international clients.
- Understanding of the impact of issues on patient safety.
- 3-5 years of experience in functional or technical troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- Hands on SQL skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server concepts and IIS.
- Ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
