Backend Engineer_운영 플랫폼 개발 at Dunamu

Dunamu is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their team in Seoul, South Korea. The engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining platforms that enhance service productivity and efficiency, as well as ensuring the safe and transparent management of member assets. The role involves contributing to the development and operation of Dunamu's integrated management platform, providing technical support for data usage management systems, and developing statistical processing and dashboards for various services. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of development experience and proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python.

In this role, the engineer will have the opportunity to gain experience with AWS and other cloud systems, work with various technologies related to Dunamu's services, and design and operate Event-Driven Systems and MSA. They will also have the chance to adopt and develop various web technologies and work with both classic and trendy server development technologies.

Dunamu fosters a culture of growth through code reviews, pair programming, and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and operating Dunamu's admin/operations platform.
• Providing technical support and R&D for Big Data-based data usage management systems.
• Developing and operating statistical processing and dashboards for Dunamu services.
• Conducting R&D and providing tech support for UI automation tools to improve usability.
• Develop management tools for customer service and call center operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Strong communication skills for horizontal communication regarding design and implementation.
• Experience with TDD and pair programming.
• Ability to learn new technologies and apply them appropriately.
• Good communication skills with business, planning, design, and QA team members.
