Job Description

Dunamu is seeking a Backend Engineer to join its platform development team in Seoul. The team focuses on developing and operating internal platforms and tools to maximize service operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and secure business agility.

The role involves:

• Developing and operating Dunamu's integrated management platform, providing necessary functions for business and operations through user authentication, menu/authorization management, and serving as a gateway for internal systems.
• Building and operating systems for collecting operational metrics, processing statistics, and creating dashboards for various services.
• Developing and supporting UI automation tools and data-based management systems for automating repetitive tasks.
• Developing management tools to support Upbit customer complaint processing and consultation, as well as call center operations.
• Developing functions for processing, analyzing, and providing statistics on various customer information.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Kotlin, Java, or Python.
• Effective communication skills for horizontal communication regarding design and implementation.
• Familiarity with TDD and pair programming, and a commitment to improving code quality.
• Enjoying code reviews from other developers and growing through them.
• Ability to learn new technologies without prejudice and apply them appropriately to tasks.
• Flexible thinking and comfortable communication with business, planning, design, and QA members.
