Junior DevOps Engineer at Dunamu

Dunamu is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Seoul, South Korea. The team manages the infrastructure for various Dunamu services, including Upbit, Securities Plus, and Securities Plus Unlisted. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-traffic financial system and contribute to building efficient infrastructure.

The Junior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for infrastructure operation and automation, CI/CD and SDLC management, monitoring, security, researching, and FinOps.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure operation and automation using Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• CI/CD pipeline configuration and development productivity enhancement
• Software lifecycle management to ensure safe and high-quality deliverables
• 24/7 on-call support for service failures, assisting development teams in problem-solving
• Monitoring system configuration and proactive prevention of service failures
• Cloud security and compliance configuration
• Researching and implementing Zero-Trusted security measures
• Identifying and implementing new tools to improve development team efficiency
• Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency through automating repetitive tasks
• Infrastructure cost control and optimization
• Cloud and SaaS cost management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of software development experience
• Experience configuring infrastructure or deploying services using cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Experience deploying self-developed services and interest in operation automation or CI/CD setup
• Experience configuring monitoring systems and responding to failures for running services (at least once)
• Motivation and vision to expand career into DevOps based on existing development experience
• Experience making decisions on technology selection and architecture design, and ability to explain the rationale
