This role involves providing legal advice and handling litigation related to the company's services, including Upbit, Securities Plus, and Securities Plus Unlisted. The in-house counsel will have the opportunity to gain experience in emerging fields like digital assets and fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and risk management
• Reviewing contracts
• Managing litigation and disputes, and developing response strategies
• Supporting regulatory affairs
• Handling general corporate legal matters

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed South Korean attorney with at least 3 years of practical experience
