The Service Planner will be responsible for planning new services, operating existing services, and improving UI/UX. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver better services to customers. The planner will analyze user behavior, define requirements for key tasks, and make data-driven decisions. Dunamu values clear communication and systematic documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in web/mobile service planning, experience with the full product lifecycle and be skilled at using collaboration tools.Responsibilities:

• Planning and operating new services and existing services
• Designing UI/UX
• Improving services through user behavior analysis
• Defining requirements for key tasks

Requirements:

• 4+ years of web/mobile service planning experience
• Experience in planning, building, operating, and launching new services
• Experience in overall planning from Frontend (Web/App) to Backend
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with relevant departments regarding product development
• Excellent communication and systematic documentation skills
• Ability to establish and improve service development and operation processes
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience in research/report writing and UI/UX trend analysis
• Proactive attitude
