JD Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and fulltime Supervisor for their store in Tilburg. The ideal candidate will be driven, focused on increasing sales, and capable of leading a team to optimize store appearance and enhance customer service. The Supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing inventory and the logistical process.

Role Involves:

• Being responsible for the store floor.
• Realize an optimal sales result.
• Coach and motivate team.
• Responsible for visual merchandising.
• Train, motivate and inform the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, management experience is a plus.
• Available for 38 hours per week.
• Strong personality.
