Job Description

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Niles, Michigan. This Supervising Clinician role requires someone who believes in the company's clinical values and respects the values of clients. The BCBA will oversee ABA Therapy and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and provides multiple layers of clinical support.

Role Involves:

  • Provide clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Train, manage, and retain Behavior Technicians.
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy.
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans.
  • Lead and maintain staff, ensuring daily functions are completed.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in alignment with BACB guidelines.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • Active state license, when applicable.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • Crisis management experience (preferred).
