Job Description
Centria is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Jackson, Michigan. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's core clinical values and respect for clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis in alignment with the Foundations of Care model. This model centers around clients, ensuring individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols.
The BCBA will oversee ABA therapy, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians and maintaining clinical standards. Centria emphasizes clinical quality, reflected throughout the organization, with multiple layers of clinical support. The Dyad model allows exclusive focus on clinical services, eliminating operational tasks.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention for optimal outcomes.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of an 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days of employment).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
